The Jelou Agent is the chat agent that helps you build workflows based on prompts. You have $20 in one-time credits on the Free plan. The AI Nodes are nodes that use AI within your workflows, such as the AI Agent and AI Task nodes.
Each time a workflow runs from start to finish — whether triggered by a user message, an API call, or a scheduled event — it counts as one execution. A single conversation can involve multiple executions depending on its complexity. Messages within an execution are unlimited.
On Builder and Business plans, additional executions are billed at $0.009 each. On the Free plan, executions stop when you reach the 125 limit. Enterprise plans have custom limits.
Credits for AI nodes are a unified currency to use AI models (such as GPT, Claude, etc.) in nodes that use AI, such as AI Agent or AI task, within your workflows through Jelou. Each plan includes a monthly allocation: $1 one-time on Free, $5/mo on Builder, and $50/mo on Business. Credits are consumed based on the model used — more advanced models cost more per query.
From the Builder plan onwards, you can connect your own API keys (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) to use with your workflows. Enterprise plans additionally support bringing your own custom-trained model (BYO AI Model).
Yes. You can change plans whenever you want. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
You can connect WhatsApp, web chat, and other messaging channels. The Free plan includes 1 channel. Builder, Business, and Enterprise include unlimited channels. Builder, Business, and Enterprise plans support co-existence with WhatsApp Business App.
Yes, the Free plan is completely free with no hidden costs. It includes 125 workflow executions, 1 channel, $1 in credits for AI nodes, $20 in credits for the Jelou Agent, and community support.
