With Jelou's support, Security Data redesigned its activation model through a conversational agent on WhatsApp, the channel most used by its customers. The new end‑to‑end flow included full migration to WhatsApp, removing downloads and external portals; guided data capture and identity verification directly in chat; and immediate issuance and activation of the e‑signature, with real‑time audited logging.
The benefits were clear: universal access from any smartphone, fewer data capture errors and full traceability to meet regulatory requirements.
