Context
Placing a cooler under a comodato (equipment-loan) agreement requires validating information, availability, documents and signatures before moving an asset to the point of sale. At Arca Continental, that cycle could take more than two days.
Cutting that time meant getting the equipment into operation sooner and gaining greater visibility into a high-volume B2B operation.
The challenge
Arca Continental needed to reduce capture errors, eliminate re-entries, and maintain traceability over requests involving high-value physical assets.
The priority was to connect the conversation with the systems that validate and execute the process.
The solution
The comodato journey moved to WhatsApp, built on Brain Studio. The flow captures data and documents, verifies eligibility and availability, and triggers contract generation.
Integration with operational systems allows information to be validated in real time and requests to move forward without manual re-entry. A request can go from conversation to contract in minutes.
Results
The initiative approved and delivered 23,000 coolers worth USD 7.3 million in assets. 85% of requests reached implementation.
Points of sale that received new coolers logged a 30% increase in sales volume, and the time from request to contract dropped from more than two days to minutes.
