Generate Payment Flow
Send the customer a secure payment form within the conversation (WhatsApp Flow) so they complete the payment without leaving the chat. Create the order in Jelou's payments core and trigger the flow on the current channel. Use it when the user has already confirmed what they will pay and for how much. The gateway, the company, the channel, and the customer are automatically resolved from the context: do not ask for them or invent them.
Generate Payment Link
Generate a payment link (or a payment code, depending on the provider) so the user completes a purchase. Create the order in Jelou's payment core and return the link ready to send. Use it when the user has already confirmed what they are going to pay and for how much. The gateway, the company, and the channel are resolved automatically from the context: do not request them or invent them.
Get Order Status
Check the payment status of an already created order. Use it to determine whether the customer completed the payment (success), is still pending, failed, or was canceled. Requires the order ID returned when generating the charge.
